Account and transaction information

We process the identity information supplied by your sign-in provider, your named licensee, purchases, and connected project references to authenticate you, issue receipts, and deliver your characters. Payment details are handled by the payment provider.

Your creative assets

Creator source repositories remain private. Public listings use approved descriptions and blurred, watermarked preview derivatives. Licensed packages contain only the approved assets and buyer-safe provenance for that purchase.

Access and sharing

Purchased files are accessible to the licensed buyer and anyone authorized to access the chosen target project. We use service providers for authentication, payments, storage, and repository delivery. Private or exclusive materials are not used to train platform models.

Security and practical limits

Public preview protection reduces casual copying; browsers cannot prevent screenshots. After delivery, authorized project members can save purchased files. Account access and license rules govern how those files may be used.

Retention and your requests

Purchase receipts and commercial audit records are retained to support rights verification and disputes. Contact support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to records needed for those purposes.

Cookies and sessions

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and protect authenticated actions. If a repository session expires, you may need to reconnect before accessing your projects.
