The license applies to the named buyer and the exact approved snapshot. Its receipt records the assets, restrictions, and terms version. Future listing changes do not rewrite your purchase.

Exclusivity means what it says
Exclusive rights prevent future Product Characters sales of that exact character. They do not promise worldwide uniqueness or automatically establish a trademark. Full Rights includes only rights the creator owns and can transfer.
Adaptation has its own rights
Commercial includes normal cropping, resizing, and production formatting. Character adaptations require Remix or Full Rights. Do not resell or redistribute the standalone character package.
The complete agreement
Before payment, review your selected offer’s binding terms and creator restrictions. These govern commercial use, attribution, sublicensing to production collaborators, and included assets.
